Booking & Membership Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy Overview
This Booking and Membership Cancellation Policy governs all reservations, service bookings, and membership subscriptions made with Pradee Queen Holiday Resorts. It applies to both domestic and international clients and is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where services are rendered.
By making a booking or subscribing to a membership with us, you ("the Client", "Guest", or "Member") agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Booking Policy
2.1 Reservation Confirmation
Bookings must be secured with valid identification and payment details.
A confirmation email or official receipt will be issued upon successful booking.
All rates are quoted in [currency] and may be subject to taxes, surcharges, or foreign exchange fluctuations.
2.2 Advance Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid in full 15 days before the check-in date for domestic bookings and 30 days for international bookings.
2.3 Modifications
Booking modifications are allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
Any difference in pricing resulting from changes will be communicated and must be settled before the new check-in date.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Booking Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our official website. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as follows:

Note: Any non-refundable deposit is excluded from the refund.
3.2 Force Majeure
No cancellation charges will apply in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government travel bans) that prevent service delivery. Supporting documentation may be required.
4. Membership Policy
4.1 Enrollment and Payment
Membership is activated upon full payment and confirmation of registration.
All membership benefits, terms, and entitlements are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
4.2 Cancellation of Membership
Only Regular Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. Promotional campaign members who received special rates purely for advertising purposes are not eligible for cancellation.

4.3 Termination by Company
The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership for violation of terms, misconduct, or fraudulent activity without refund.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
6. Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.
Bank or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Amendment of Policy
Pradee Queen Holiday Resorts reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking or membership enrollment shall govern.
