Applicability of the Agreement

This agreement ("user agreement") incorporates the terms and conditions for Pradee Queen Holiday Resorts ("Company") to provide services to the person(s) ("User") intending to purchase or inquire for any products and/or services of the Company by using the Company's websites, apps, or any other customer interface channels. Both User and the Company are individually referred as a "party" to the agreement and collectively referred to as "parties".

User's Responsibility of Cognizance

Users availing services from the Company shall be deemed to have read, understood, and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement, which shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such services by the Company for all purposes and be binding on the User. All rights and liabilities of the User and/or the Company with respect to any services to be provided by the Company shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

Booking & Payment

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation rules are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to those terms.

Liability & Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
